Using the site
You can use the site to learn about our solutions and request a quote. By using it, you agree to send real information and not to use the form for spam or for offensive or illegal content.
Information on the site
What we show about our solutions, such as features, screenshots and videos, is for information. The data in screenshots and videos is test data.
Features, conditions and availability may change. What counts for your business is what we agree in writing.
Quotes
Requesting a quote is free and doesn't oblige you to hire anything. Each quote is a proposal with scope, timeline and cost, valid for the period stated in it.
A project only starts once both parties accept its conditions in writing, for example by email or WhatsApp: scope, price, timeline, payment terms, support and ownership of what is built.
Intellectual property
The easyGO and eGO brands, logos, texts, design and code of this site belong to their owner. You may not copy or use them without permission.
Who owns what we build for your business is defined in the agreement for each project.
Links to other services
The site links to third-party services such as WhatsApp. We aren't responsible for their content or policies.
Liability
We do our best to keep the site working and its information up to date, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We aren't liable for decisions made only on the basis of the site's information, without an agreement in place.
Your details
How we handle the details you send us is explained in the privacy policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. If a disagreement arises, we will first try to resolve it by talking; if that is not possible, it will be settled before the competent authorities of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
