What we collect
Only what you give us in the "Tell us what you need" form:
- What your business does, what you want to improve and what you would like the solution to do.
- Your name.
- Your WhatsApp or phone number.
- Your email address, if you choose to leave it.
What is stored with your request
The language and page you sent it from, plus an encrypted fingerprint of your connection used only to prevent mass submissions. We don't store your IP address.
What we use them for
We don't use your details for advertising, we don't add you to mailing lists, and we never sell or share them.
- Answering your request and preparing a quote.
- Contacting you by WhatsApp, phone or email about that request.
- Preventing spam and automated submissions.
Who else processes them
To run the site we use third-party services that process your details only on our behalf. Their servers are outside Bolivia; by sending the form, you agree to your details being stored there.
- Supabase: stores the form requests.
- Resend: emails us a notice of each new request.
- Google Workspace: our email, where we receive that notice and your messages.
- Vercel: hosts the website.
If you message us on WhatsApp
We use your messages for the same purposes as the form. That conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's terms and privacy policy.
How long we keep them
We keep each request for 6 months from the day we receive it. After that, it is deleted automatically.
If we reach an agreement and work together, we keep only the details needed for that project, for as long as we work together.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Tell you what details of yours we have.
- Correct them if they are wrong.
- Delete them, even before the 6 months are up.
- Stop contacting you.
How to ask
Write to the email or WhatsApp on this page. We reply within 10 business days at the latest.
Your privacy is protected by the Bolivian Constitution (articles 21 and 130), Law 164 and its regulation, Supreme Decree 1793.
Cookies and browsing
The site doesn't use cookies, analytics tools or advertising. It only stores in your own browser whether you prefer light or dark mode and the time of your latest form submissions, to prevent repeated sends. That information never leaves your device and you can delete it from your browser settings.
Like any website, the hosting service logs technical details of visits, such as IP address and browser, for security and for a limited time.
How we protect them
Your details travel encrypted. From the site, requests can only be sent, never read: only the easyGO team can access them.
Changes to this policy
If we change it, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
